How does the free week work?
Your first week is completely free — no card required. Just choose Foundation (Tuesdays) or Higher (Thursdays), join the live Zoom class, and see how it works. If you'd like to continue, it's just £20/week from week two.

How quickly can I start?
You can join the very next Tuesday (Foundation) or Thursday (Higher) class after signing up. If you have an upcoming mock or exam, let us know in your message and we'll help you get started as soon as possible.

Do I need to commit to a set number of sessions?
No — there's no minimum commitment. After your free week, it's a simple £20/week rolling rate. Pause or cancel anytime.

What if I'm not happy after the first week?
Since your first week is completely free, there's no risk. If it's not the right fit, simply don't continue — you won't be charged anything.

Which exam boards do you cover?
We cover AQA, Edexcel, and OCR for GCSE Maths, as well as WJEC for students in Wales. If you're unsure which board you're on, just mention your school and we can find out for you.

How do online lessons work?
Lessons take place over Zoom using a shared digital whiteboard (Bitpaper or Google Jamboard) so you can write and draw exactly as you would on paper. You'll need a device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and ideally a stylus or graphics tablet — though a mouse works fine too.

Peak Grades takes your privacy seriously. We only collect the information you provide directly (name, email, enquiry details) and use it solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver the service you've requested.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or marketing without your explicit consent.
- Data is stored securely and deleted within 12 months of last contact if no tutoring relationship continues.

Terms of Service
By booking tutoring sessions with Peak Grades you agree to the following:
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the session rate.
- Payment is due before or at the time of each session unless a package has been pre-purchased.
- Peak Grades reserves the right to end a tutoring relationship if sessions are repeatedly missed without notice.
